Welcome to the Auth0 Community!

We’re excited to introduce you to our amazing Community Engineers, who are here to support you every step of the way. Our community is built on the strength of peer-to-peer support, which means we rely on input from customers like you you help troubleshoot. We also have a team of knowledgeable, Auth0 certified developers and community engineers who troubleshoot in the community, and you’ll see them active in the Help category. Their profile will feature the title Auth0 Employee or Auth0 Community Engineer accompanied by the official Auth0 logo. They provide guidance and support to ensure you get the most out of your Auth0 experience.

Rueben Tiow, Senior Community Engineer

  • Time at Okta: 4 years
  • Background: “I started in tech by graduating in computer science and joining Auth0/Okta after graduation. I was previously a Developer Support Engineer at Auth0. I wanted to transition to a Community Engineer position because it allowed me to retain similar responsibilities in a different capacity while being flexible enough to take on more projects that benefitted the team, such as building a robust knowledge base.”

Dawid (Dex) Matuszcyk, Community Engineer

  • Time at Okta: 2 years
  • Background: “Before joining Okta, I worked as a Python backend engineer and later transitioned into a Product Advocate role, which eventually evolved into my current position as a Community Engineer at Okta. I enjoy diving deep into customer use cases and resolving technical challenges.”

Gerald Czifra, Community Engineer

  • Time at Okta: 5 years
  • Certifications: Okta Certified Professional, Okta Certified Administrator, Okta Certified Developer - CIC
  • Background: “I have been working with Okta and Auth0 for 5 years and counting. There are no bad questions, and every day is a chance to learn something new!”

Nikita Baleca, Community Engineer

  • Time at Okta: 4 months
  • Background: “I studied computer science in university and wanted to apply and use the skills I obtained. Due to my open personality and inclination towards helping others, having the chance to be part of the Auth0 Community to assist others with the issues they are facing sparked my interest. I am happy to assist others with the difficulties they are facing and contribute as much as possible with my expertise.”

Remus Ivan, Community Engineer

  • Time at Okta: 3 months
  • Background: “Over the last 7 years, I have been involved in different projects developed using C++, C#, Javascript, or other technologies, and for more than 2 years I’ve worked as a Senior in Technical Support, assisting customers with all kinds of software-related issues.”

Vlad Murarasu, Community Engineer

  • Background:” I worked as a full stack C# programmer for 1 year, developing tools for internal use such as WebApps and plugins for CAD software.”
