Some tenants experienced errors with the Mandrill-based emails as it is returning ‘Syntax error’ codes when attempting to authenticate.
We are investigating the recurring issue with the Mandrill service and the underlying change in its behavior that could have triggered the issue. We have set up a playbook to manage its impact while evaluating a longer-term solution to this issue.
