Management API Issue

Whenever we are hitting any Auth0 management API, at first, we are getting “Unable to post Token” error. On sending the request again (without any change), we are getting a successful response. Any idea why this issue is coming?

Possible transient issues with Auth0 API; retrying resolves the “Unable to post Token” error consistently.
