Lost Google Account for production app

Hello,

I was working with a Non-profit as their developer years ago, recently access was lost to the google account that is linked to the Auth0 Admin account. They are trying to shut down the production application. Google is unable to help us restore access to the account.

Therefore I have no way to actually access the Auth0 dashboard and make the changes. Its quite urgent because they are still getting billed for the service

Any ideas?

Lost account email/password for production app

We currently have a production application being protected via Auth0. This was setup many years ago by an unknown employee no longer with the company. We need help in regaining access to the account owner for our org. Please DM me for the account domain and for email verification (once we know the owner’s email we can alias their email to us to process a password reset). Thanks.
