Lose credentials of account

Hi,

I cannot found the account connected to my Auth0 app. I have domain, client id, client secret, but we lose the credentials to connected to the Auth0 account.

Do you know how can I find at least the email attached to the account or recover the account ?

To help you with regaining access to your account, could you please send me your tenant name and the email address of the account you used to setup in a direct message?
