Can't Log in to Auth0 Account

Hello,

I’m having trouble accessing my Auth0 account because the email address linked to it is an old one that I no longer have access to. We later switched to a new email account, and now I can’t verify anything through the old email.

The good news is I still have the password for the Auth0 account, and I can also provide details like when the account was created if needed.

Does anyone know what I can do to regain access? Is there a way to update the email or verify my identity without access to the old email account?

Can you share via dm to the @support group your both email addresses (new and old) and tenant name.
