Lost access to 2FA device

Hello,

I have lost access to my device with the authenticator app (TOTP), and I can no longer log in to my Auth0 Dashboard account. After entering my email and password, I am prompted to enter a 2FA code, but there is no option like “Can’t access your authenticator?”.

Could you please assist in disabling or resetting 2FA for my account?
