We are using the free tier of Auth0 for our SaaS product, with only one administrator account for our company.
I recently tried to log in again after a while, but MFA failed, and it seems we never set up or saved a recovery code. As a result, I’m completely locked out of the account.
Since I cannot log in, I’m also unable to upgrade to a paid plan or access any settings.
Is there any way to recover access to the admin account? I would greatly appreciate any advice or support.
