Locked out of Auth0 Free Tier Admin Account (MFA Failed, No Recovery Code)

Hello,
We are using the free tier of Auth0 for our SaaS product, with only one administrator account for our company.

I recently tried to log in again after a while, but MFA failed, and it seems we never set up or saved a recovery code. As a result, I’m completely locked out of the account.

Since I cannot log in, I’m also unable to upgrade to a paid plan or access any settings.

Is there any way to recover access to the admin account? I would greatly appreciate any advice or support.

For us to be able to reset your MFA, you will have to send a DM to @support with your tenant name.
