Linking users to different clients

We have the following scenario and I cannot figure out the way to solve the problem.

Scenario:

  1. We have two clients named ‘A’ and ‘B’ and we have created two DB connections named ‘Connection A’ and ‘Connection B’. In ‘Connection A’ we have enabled the client ‘A’ and in the ‘Connection B’ we have enabled the client ‘B’. Now we have the scenario where we need to allow few users to Clients A and B. How do we achieve this ?
