I have an application that use a custom connection with its own database that I created and configured , but when new users tried to connect to this application , I can see the application use another connection that is not enabled and for other users it use the correct connection
Somebody know what the problem can be ?
I never experienced something similar so it’s highly difficult for me to provide a possible root cause solely from this information. Is it feasible for you to share some additional information like a client identifier, tenant and the connections involved? If you’re concerned about sharing that information publicly then send me a DM.
In addition to that you should update your post with additional information like authentication flow (endpoints) being used, any relevant application code used to start the authentication flow, etc.
