I've hit the Application limit with 8 instead of 10

I am trying to create a new Application but I am unable to do so due to our tenant hitting the application limit.

The issue is that I only have 8 applications and 0 SSO Integrations. My understanding is that the free tier has a limit of 10. I fear this is a silly user error but I can’t figure it out.

You are correct, on Free tenants the Application limit is 10, as per our Entity Limit Policy documentation. As you are mentioning only having 8 Application on the tenant, can you please confirm if you are getting an error message when trying to create a new Application, or if it’s a tenant-level prompt that informs you of reaching the limit.

If you could share the error message shown, that would help!

Adding to this, can you please log out of the tenant, clear your cache data and log back in ( or use Incognito if possible) and let me know if this is persisting. It could be a server error that should get solved this way. Additionally, are you getting the same error when trying to create the application from both the Auth0 Dashboard, and also the Management API?
