Hello Auth0 team,
Our EU tenant is on the Free $0 plan, but we cannot create a sixth application. Please investigate and correct the application quota/count if it is inconsistent.
Observed on 22 October 2026:
- The Applications dashboard shows five applications with no search filter: four web applications for our Development/Production marketplace and backoffice, plus the generic Default App.
- SSO Integrations shows the empty onboarding state.
- Create Application is disabled with: “You have reached the limit of 10 available applications and SSO Integrations”.
- This persisted after a fresh dashboard sign-in and page navigation.
- The support portal says our account cannot create a ticket, so we are requesting help here.
Your Entity Limit Policy lists 10 applications for Free tenants.
We need a separate Native application named KASH Android Development for private Android testing. Please confirm the actual server-side client/entity count, identify whether internal or non-displayed clients are counted, and correct any entitlement/count discrepancy so we can create it within the existing Free allowance.
We have not independently verified the count through the Management API; the evidence above is from the dashboard. We are not assuming a confirmed root cause.
Please preserve all existing applications and Production settings. Do not delete or repurpose any app, change our subscription, start a paid trial, or upgrade to a paid plan. This is a request to resolve the discrepancy within the Free plan, not to purchase additional capacity.
