Good day, community, I have the following concern regarding an issue I’m facing when generating account lock notifications due to Brute-force Protection. When I lock an account for a user connected to the database, the email notification is sent correctly. However, when I lock an account for a user connected via LDAP, the email notification is not sent. Has anyone encountered this issue? Best regards.

We are trying to reply and provide context for older posts, in case others face the same issue.
One factor which could create the behaviour described would be if the LDAP server was Offline at that time and was not able to retrieve an email address and send a notification. This could be an error with the getUser script, which in case the server was indeed Offline, it would not function.
In order to fully analyze this, we would require a HAR file, that can be sent to us and sanitized by submitting a Support ticket with our Developer Support team who will be able to look into this more closely.
