Could you add the function that sends notifications to the account administrator?

Brute-force Protection doesn’t send notifications to the administrator.
When the user account is blocked the notification email is sent only to the user.

Hence administrator can’t find account block.
Could you add the function that sends notifications to not only user but also administrator?
