Isssue Using OAuth 2.0 to Access Google APIs

Hello everyone!
I’m trying to get access to Google Ad Manager API and theres a guide on Google showing how to get this acess done, however I can’t find the option related to Service Account Credential:

I already talked to Google engineers and they said that this could only be solved with OAuth2.

Could someone, please, help me solving this?

Are you authenticating with Auth0? If so, you will need to access the user’s Identity Provider Access Tokens.
