Is it possible to create SSO Integration via API?

I want to create an SSO Integration via API. However, I could not find such a way when I checked ManagementAPI.
Does anyone know of a way?

Thanks for the info.
However, what I want to do is to do the “Create SSO Integration” in the API, as shown in the picture, and this was not found in the Management API.
Am I missing something? Or is there another way?
