In signup-id screen, social buttons for social connections are not displayed after clicking "Go back" in email-identifier challenge screen

I would like to ask question regarding the Auth0 signup-id screen social connections button.

When the signup-id screen is displayed initially, the signup buttons for social connections are shown. However, after proceeding to the next screen (in our setup the next screen is email-identifier challenge) but when click “Go back” from that screen, the buttons for social connections are no longer displayed in the signup-id screen. We have to exit the browser to recover.

I would like to confirm whether this is a bug or a configuration issue.

Please advise.

I understand that you are trying to find out why the social login buttons disappear when you go back from the signup screen.

This behavior is currently a known issue that our Engineering Team is aware of. We are sorry for the inconvenience this might cause, but there is an item in our backlog and a fix will be releases as soon as possible.
