I want you to remove the account restrictions

I made a mistake entering my password and my account is now “Disabled”.

I want you to remove this.

My password reset email was not sent to my registered email address.

First, could you please clarify if your account was blocked after multiple failed login attempts?

If so, have you tried looking for an email to unblock yourself?
