Just to clarify, is this issue happening in your own Auth0 tenant with your app, or is it occurring when you log in to the Auth0 Dashboard?
I am unable to log in into Auth0 Dashboard (I am an administrator)
Can you share some screenshots and explain where the issue is occurring?

I get to this screen and I am not receiving the sms mfa text code.

If your tenant is new, please create ticket with Auth0 support directly. We didn’t have option to view the logs.
I am still not receiving the code.
I think we are using the free plan so I dont think I can create ticket.
I have sent the message to support via message to reset my mfa so that it can probably fix the issue but I have not received an answer, yet.
Plus I can not login to submit the ticket as i need the mfa code.
