I can't create support ticket, the New Ticket functionality never loads content for a mandatory field

I am trying to create a ticket for getting support and I can’t do it because the content for a mandatory field never ends.

I am stuck and I need to get support, but I have no way to contact Support Team apart from creating a ticket that I can’t create.
