How to view management portal logs prior to January 1, 2025?

The management portal is not letting me view or search for logs that occurred prior to January 1, 2025. For example, this filter returns nothing: date:[2024-10-01 TO 2024-12-31]

The calendar widget also doesn’t let me pick dates prior to January 1, 2025.

Never mind. Log retention is only 1 day on the client’s plan.
