Overview
When creating a new user, the User Details page will show as pending until the user has verified their email. Some users do not have email accounts, so they cannot respond to a verification email. The steps below will show how to verify the user’s email manually.
Solution
Manually verify the email address in the user profile.
- Go to the Dashboard > User Management > Users.
- Under the Pending status of a user, click the Edit link.
- A popup where the email can be edited will appear, including a link to Set email as verified.
- Clicking that link will verify the email and change the Pending status to Verified.
