How to integrate Auth0 with Anypoint

I am trying to integerate Auth0 with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform to use it for Open-id connect and oAuth authorization.
Following are the configuration that i have made on auth0 side.

  1. Created API in API section
  2. Created Machine to Machine application in application section

Following information is required by Anypoint Platform

Can anyone please help me with this, it is requirement fro client.

Right now i am having trouble while registering anypoint platform as dynamic client.
