Question: How to get immediate help here in community forum?
While paying customers can raise support tickets via our support center (that have SLA) but also open topics here in community forum, the user that are on a free plan can only ask questions here in the community forum. The Developer Support Team that handles paying customers’ questions is way bigger than the Community Team (3 people as of 30th January 2020) that is responsible for handling community topics. The number of incoming questions is just too huge to be handled by this amount of people.
We’re doing our best prioritising and providing you the support you need in the shortest period of time.
Unfortunately there is no way to get immediate support in community forum even by sending a private message to Auth0 employee unless you are a paying customer. Sorry for inconvenience and thank you for understanding!
