How can I disable the sign-up feature?? The button in the dashboard doesnt work, it shows always “forbidden”, I appreciate any help?

I have the same issue. Even when I try to create a new connection database, it shows forbidden. Any help?
I think you probably have using the same account to login but in different methods.
