How long does it take after removing a social connection for me to add another one?

I received the following message when trying to add Discord as a social connection…

Error!You reached the limit of entities of this type for this tenant.

So I went and removed some that I enabled but nobody ever used to login to my site with and then tried again but I am still getting the same error. This was like 5 hours ago now and I am still getting the same error. Does it take a long time for it to know that I removed the other social connections before it will let me add another or is there something I am misunderstanding about that error?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated on how I can get myself back below the limit so I can add Discord as a social connection.
