Help mfa reset request

I had to create a new account to ask for help because I’m locked out of my account because of MFA. Upon logging in I’m prompted with a message saying Please enter your one-time pass code. I don’t have access to my authenticator app cause it’s a new device. Could you please reset MFA for the email Ryan.Williams.93@hotmail.com?
