Hi, I am a User Admin for a SaaS company that uses Auth0 to authenticate and provision users on their SaaS website. Our current process is to create the user in Auth0 then afterwards manually create a contact record for that user in Salesforce. I was curious is it possible to sync Auth0 and Salesforce in a way so new users in Auth0 will automatically create a new contact record in Salesforce?

Thank you for posting your question. Do you create users’ accounts in Auth0 manually, or do users sign in by themselves?

Sorry for the delay in the response. As for now, no webhook trigger flow would listen to the changes on the user and run the code that would, for example, notify a 3rd party about it. Currently, the best way to automate things is to let users sign up by themselves and later (with the usage of Actions) make a call to Salesforce.
