We’re being charged for an Auth0 account, but we do not own one. I’ve been trying to get in touch with support to resolve this potential fraud, but this company doesn’t seem to have a competent support service. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

I am sorry about the issue that you are experiencing.
By any chance, do you have an Auth0 account created?
In order to move forward in assisting you, we would require you to have an Auth0 tenant created in order to associate it with the ticket, I understand that this can be bothersome but it would be required in order to move forward.
If you do not have one, please go ahead and create one right away and send a DM to the @support group with the tenant name and email address associated with it in order to submit the support ticket.
If you create an Auth0 tenant, it should be under a free trial automatically which would make it eligible for support. You will be able to open a ticket yourself here in that case.
