Getting "Guardian - There was an error sending the SMS" for international number

Hi,

I have setup auth0 account with MFA (Support for SMS) for our website. Both login and MFA are working good for the users within New Zealand.

Now we are testing for international users but our first user (from Canada) is trying register their cell number but keep getting “SEEMS THAT YOUR PHONE NUMBER IS NOT VALID. PLEASE CHECK AND RETRY”.

I have reconfirm the cell phone number and I tried his number with my account but no luck. Is that any additional configuration which I had to add to enable international numbers.
