just recently we found out that our G Suite integration is not working. The users are able to login but the G Suite connection did not recognize the groups. We did not change the name of the groups. They are the same in G Suite and in the “Group mapping” settings of the Authorization Extension groups dashboard. We tried creating a new connection and this time the groups were attached properly but no roles and permission. Any ideas?
