Can anyone from Auth0 help me transfer ownership to our client.

to summarize, I recently asked how to transfer ownership to our client so the Client can change the billing and payment information to their company instead of my personal credit card details.
From my previous post, I received answer to simply invite the client as Admin Tenant Member, and the client need to remove me.
But the client is stil having this issue when trying to access the subscription page to update the payment and billing information. (please linked see screenshot)

and also, the client cannot also add me back as a tenant member. the client doesn’t have the option to “Add Member” when the client go to Tenant Member page, please linked see screenshot.

Now we are on a dead lock and really need some help.
