You can transfer ownership of a tenant following these steps:
Invite a new Dashboard admin with the “Admin” permission.
Have the new admin accept the invitation, log in and navigate to the Dashboard > Tenant Settings > Tenant Members section.
Click the “Remove” button under the more options icon next to the old admin (the tenant owner).
After removing the tenant owner, the new admin will become the new tenant owner.

But, there is no explanation there how to do this on a free plan. As you can only have one tenant on a free plan. So, you cannot temporarily add a second to transfer ownership.
Does this mean you need to take up billing just to change ownership? I simply want to tranfer my google login to a username/password one.

Free plans are entitled to three tenant admin members.
