Forms/Actions quota applies per tenant or across all tenants?

Hello?
Can you please confirm if Forms/Actions quota currently applies per tenant or across all tenants?

We are on the B2C essentials plan which allows a total of 10 Forms and Actions. We have three tenants. The tenants have Forms + Actions count of 5, 6 and 7 respectively. So each tenant is below the quota.

I’ve seen two similar posts:
To this one from 2022 the reply is that the quota is applied per tenant. Number of actions on free plan - per tenant or overall?

To this one from 2025 the reply is that the quota is applied across all tenants. How to find which actions/forms count toward maximum value of 30?

I would be very grateful if you could please confirm which is the correct answer. If it’s the latter, then I understand why we are over the limit. Many thanks!

Hi @duncan.saunders

Thank you for reaching out to us!

I understand how the terminology on our Pricing page can leave room for interpretation and questions and as a general rule of thumb, all limits mentioned on the page apply on a subscription-level, unless it’s specifically mentioned to be per tenant.

In other words, having multiple tenants under the same subscription, they cumulatively need to be under the limit ( two tenants that each have 6 Actions would be over the Essentials’ plan limit of 10 ). The second topic that you shared currently reflects how subscription limits are counted for at the moment, which does explain as you’ve mentioned why you could be seeing banners/warnings that you are over the limit.

I hope this makes sense and I was able to clarify things for you, but do not hesitate to reach out to us for any other issues or requests, we will gladly help out!

Have a great one!
