Hi,
I’m seeing a problem where I’ve added a couple of actions to a tenant which in turn seems to hit a maximum allowed count of 30 actions/forms. But it’s not clear what actions and/or forms counts toward this number nor where I can find this information on which ones are counted.
For example, I have actions which are marked as deployed but not associated with a trigger. Do these count? If I have some that aren’t deployed, do they count too?
Basically, is there somewhere I can find exactly what conditions need to be met for an action or form to count toward the maximum value?
Thank you in advance,
Noel
Hi @noelt.dolan
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Looking at our Pricing page, I can see that the limit of 30+ for Actions + Forms is present on Enterprise tenants; besides this we have a limit of 30 Secrets per each Action.
I can confirm that the limit of 30 Actions/Forms ( as an example ) refers to the following:
- Number of active Actions across the tenants under that Subscription plan : if there are 15 total Actions in a tenant, but only 3 are bound and executed in flows, then only those 3 are considered active and count towards the limit;
- Forms are counted by the number of created Forms, regardless of them being invoked or used.
Hope this helped!
