Feature: Have a consistent experience across all email templates in UI and API
Description: We want email templates to only be enabled or disabled when we set them as such.
Use-case: All Auth0 email templates can be enabled/disabled via API calls but only some email templates can be enabled/disabled with a toggle on the UI. In the cases where an email template does not have a toggle in the UI, those email templates are automatically updated to set the email as enabled when edited. This has the effect of enabling emails we do not want enabled when we make edits to organizations in Auth0.
