Problem Statement
Can Support Export our Tenant Logs? How can we get these logs exported?
Solution
Unfortunately, support cannot export customers’ tenant logs on their behalf. Please set up a log stream instead. Use this link to learn more about Log Streams.
Technically, logs can be searched and exported using the Management API if the amount is not very large. See Search log events. Be careful about the rate limit since the maximum number of log entries per page is 100. The rate limit may be hit when performing a lot of bulk exports.
