ExactTarget / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Integration with Auth0 for Emails

We are exploring integrating Auth0 with Exact Target / Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The intention is to send all emails via ET / SMC for verification, welcome, password change, and such events and be in control of the templates in ET.

Is this feasible and is there any existing documentaion/ guidelines around SCM - Auth0 integration that will help?
