After installing Custom Social Connections extension in an Auth0 appliance, it returns the following error message when clicking on the Custom Social Connections link

I hit this issue from an Auth0 appliance hosted in our own environment, not Auth0 public cloud.

It seems like some of our users also reported this but got it working by now. Let me know if it’s still there and please send me your tenant name over DM so I can check all the things internally.
Auth0 support already checked on this issue, it may be caused by the appliance not being able to access external network, I’m still working with our security team to resolve the outbound security permissions to see if it can resolve the issue.
