Cannot add Social connection

I’m trying to add social connections from Auth0 dashboard but I’m seeing this error.

It happens with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter connections (and maybe others)

of course:

  1. Go to Connections > Social

  2. Switch ON the Facebook connection

  3. Click on Continue

Yo will see the error then. So far it happens with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Ok thoughts something wrong could happen in the process but that’s the standard way. Can you send me a private message with your tenant name so I can investigate it further?

It seems like the issues affected some other users too. Our Engineering and Developer Support Team are already looking into that!
