Currently all of my application returning this is error while we are trying to login. It happens in both locahost and our test environment.
Can anyone give me advice to investigate ?

If you encounter an access_denied error with a 502 error code, it usually involves an internal server error.
I have confirmed that there aren’t any issues on our Auth0 Status page.
It could help to check your network activity to see what happens when you make your login requests. Doing so might reveal why the request failed with the 502 error code.
