Feature: Provide custom domain option for free accounts
Description: Currently Okta provides this possibility to free clients, you just need to prove that you are owning domain with DNS entry. Auth0 provides same but only for paid accounts.
Use-case: 3rd party cookies are not always working because of browsers restrictions for iframes.
