All of our email templates in auth0 have been failing to send. In the logs, they all show up as type “Failed Sending Notification” and error “The security token included in the request is invalid.” What could be causing this, and how do you suggest fixing?
This is usually caused by an issue with your custom email provider, as you can see by this thread in the Amazon SES forum:
Can you double check if the credentials you’ve entered in the provider configuration are correct?
