Email templates resetting to default text

Hello, colleagues had put together customized email templates. As soon as we made any changes to the email subject or other information, the html was wiped and reset to the default information.

  1. What system behavior causes this?
  2. How can we reset to the custom HTML?

I have just tried this in my tenant and have been unable to reproduce. Could you try logging out and back in?
