"Display Organization prompt" setting doesn't show organization prompt

Hi,

I have enabled “Display Organization Prompt” setting but still not able to see organization prompt suring sign in.

And if a user tries to Sign in, it opens login page again. So user is not able to login at all. For this I have been using sample app from React Router 6 Code Sample: Basic Authentication.

This is now fixed.

I was making a mistake that I enabled “Customize Login Page” in Branding → Universal Login → Advanced Options → Login

After disabling this, all worked like a charm!

Hey @bittu.anupam good to know you were able to get this sorted and welcome to the community!

That’s correct, the Organizations feature is not supported in Classic Universal Login as outlined in the limitations found here.
