I would like to see some additional data available to this actions tied to the password change flow. It would be nice to know which application client id was responsible for the change, if it the password changed was triggered via an email ticket or was performed directly against the management api etc. The data is available on an a successful password change log, so the assumption is that it could be made available to a custom action.
