I have an account I’m trying to setup. I played around with it a couple years ago, now I’m back to use the service. But…Nothing loads. It says it couldn’t load the tenant migration. I have deleted and added myself to the tenant as an admin. I’ve tried it on all 3 major browsers, on two different PCs.
I don’t want to buy a subscription because it feels like I’ll just be wasting remunerative compensation to auth0(really…that word is banned, but epithets aren’t?) if I can’t even get the subscription dashboard to load…
You know nevermind…I really can’t get over the absurd level of censorship. I can’t support a company that will do that.
Absurd.
Hi @eliot.augusto
Welcome to the Auth0 Community!
I understand that you are facing issues with accessing your tenant’s dashboard and the frustration this can create. We would gladly look into the issue for you in order to re-establish your access and would need some additional details to better understand the situation.
After navigating to manage.auth0.com and choosing your authentication method ( email or Social Login etc.), what is the behaviour that you are experiencing? What are the steps taken in order to receive the " couldn’t load tenant migration " message?
I can recommend that you send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support where you can mention the email address of your Auth0 account and the name of the tenant that you are trying to access so that we can take a closer look and see why authentication is not working for you. The DM creates a private conversation where more sensitive details can safely be shared with us.
Looking forward to your input and DM!
Best regards,
Gerald
