Customized Password Reset Page / But returned default page

I customized My Password Reset Page(UI) using Japanese
But the customer returned to the default completed page (English) after changing his password once, just once, It hasn’t happened since then.

Date of occurrence: 2022-08-26T04:54:06.438Z

I would like to know if this can happen.

Could you please provide the details/scripts about how did you customized the Password Reset Page (UI)?

And could you DM me the link/name of the tenant and the email of the user?
