Customize Signup Login Partials Prompts

Overview

This article explains whether it is possible to prompt users for their first and last name when using the New Universal Login Experience signup flow for other plans except for Professionals and Enterprise.

Applies To

Not working with:

  • Essentials plans (B2C/B2B)
  • Free/Trial plan
  • Startup plan

Works with:

  • Professional plans (B2C/B2B)
  • Enterprise plan

Cause

If the current subscription is with the B2C/B2B Essentials plan, a 403 error should appear when updating the Login/Signup form with partial prompts, as this does not include the Customize Signup & Login feature.

Solution

This feature can be enabled only if the account has the Professional or Enterprise plan active.

NOTE: For the Professional plan, the upgrade can be done from the Teams Dashboard , and for the Enterprise plan, this should be checked with the Sales team here .
