When I try to set up a custom prompt for signup via the management API, I get an error saying I need to upgrade my current plan.
But the problem is, I was already able to setup a custom prompt for signup for a different tenant on the same account, using the same plan.
So, is the message I’m getting, wrong? or auth0 changed for which plans that feature is available? or I was only able to setup a custom prompt for signup on the other tenant because of a bug?
I have an update! It looks like the solution is to include your credit card information in your dashboard settings. This information is only used for verification, and you will not be charged for it.
